Planning Scheme Version 1.1 Amended January 2007

The website has been updated with the current Gold Coast Planning Scheme Version 1.1 Amended January 2007, which commenced on 8 January 2007. This version includes the Priority Infrastructure Plan and consequential amendments.

A CD and paper copy of the Gold Coast Planning Scheme Version 1.1 Amended January 2007 is available for viewing at Council libraries and the Nerang and Surfers offices. Copies may be purchased from the larger Council offices.

The Gold Coast Planning Scheme Version 1.1 became a Superseded Planning Scheme with the commencement of Version 1.1 Amended January 2007. This Planning Scheme is available for viewing.

The Gold Coast Planning Scheme Version 1.0 became an Historic Planning Scheme as of 29 November 2006. This Planning Scheme is still available for viewing, howerver it is no longer a Superseded Gold Coast Planning Scheme.
